The Attune NxT | Reliable, High-Throughput Flow Cytometry at Hatch.Bio Labs

For many researchers, flow cytometry is a core part of the workflow: immune profiling, transfection checks, viability readouts, cell cycle analysis, and more. What slows things down isn’t the biology; it’s the logistics of using an instrument that’s complicated, overly sensitive, or unfamiliar. That’s why we're highlighting the Attune NxT Flow Cytometer at Hatch.Bio Labs. It’s fast, flexible, and designed to give you clean, useful data without unnecessary friction.

What’s Covered in Training?

After training with the Hatch.Bio laboratory team, you’ll be ready to walk in, prepare your samples, and walk out with usable data. Training covers instrument setup and QC, preparing clean, single-cell suspensions, choosing voltages that produce reliable signals, and how to export and organize your FCS files.

Straightforward Booking and Support

Booking the instrument is available through our Hatch.Bio Labs app or online portal (image below). If something goes wrong during your session, we’re nearby and ready to help. Most issues are quick to fix, and we won’t let a minor clog or noisy background derail your run. Our team can help with thresholds and flow adjustments, resolving unstable event rates, and data export.

Four-Laser Configuration with Acoustic Focusing

This configuration covers the vast majority of commonly used fluorophores and gives you the flexibility to build complex panels without awkward gaps in your excitation options. Acoustic focusing keeps event alignment tight even at higher flow rates, so you can run samples quickly without sacrificing data quality. This is especially useful for large batches or rare-event analysis. Our Attune NxT includes:

  • 405 nm violet laser
  • 488 nm blue laser
  • 561 nm yellow-green laser
  • 637 nm red laser

Flexible Fluorophore Options

Our Attune NxT supports a wide range of fluorophores across four lasers, making panel design much easier. Whether you’re building a simple 3–4 color panel or something more ambitious, the system works smoothly with:

  • FITC, PE, PerCP derivatives
  • APC and its tandems
  • Brilliant Violet dyes
  • Viability dyes and reporter constructs
