Our Somerville facility was just featured in Lab Design News! We took the time to analyze what worked and what didn’t at our legacy facility to design the ideal office and lab space for our resident scientists. Within our new 50,000-SF facility, Resident companies can start in the shared lab and expand into private suites without needing to relocate.
We offer access to our vivarium as well as proximity to advanced core facilities through The ADA Forsyth Institute — all within the same building, which means less time wasted in Boston traffic!
Flexible infrastructure supports reconfigurable bench layouts, dedicated tissue culture rooms, fume hoods, equipment exhaust, and backup power. Separate HVAC systems and controlled material delivery pathways ensure safety, while the facility’s LEED Platinum design supports sustainable operations.
